Kevin M. McLaughlin Kevin M. McLaughlin - President

Kevin graduated from Babson College in 1989 and went to work in a manufacturing role for Pamarco, a worldwide supplier of parts and services to the printing and packaging markets. In 1991, he was hired as a Sales Manager by Harris & Bruno Machine Company, a chambered doctor blade manufacturer. Four years later, he branched out on his own and became an Independent Sales Representative for various printing equipment manufacturers. Kevin garnered a total of twelve years’ experience in all aspects of the flexographic printing industry before acquiring Flexo Concepts in 2001.
Gregory J. Howell Gregory J. Howell - Chief Operating Officer

Following his graduation from the University of Richmond in 1989, Greg began his career in the industry as Printing Operations Manager at a large consumer products facility for the James River Corporation. He then became Director of Sales & Marketing for Harris & Bruno where he met and worked alongside Kevin McLaughlin. Most recently he founded and was CEO of GOprinter, Inc., a technology startup that provided ecommerce solutions to suppliers in the printing industry. Greg brought his industry experience and strong business background to Flexo Concepts in early 2001 when he assumed responsibility for general operations as Chief Operating Officer.
Chris Nolin Chris Nolin - Vice President of Sales

Chris graduated from Saint Michael's College in 1998 and for the next few years obtained management and sales experience with several companies in the consumer products, financial and technology industries. He joined Flexo Concepts in 2003, fulfilling roles in inside sales, marketing and customer service for the company's TruPoint™ and MicroClean™ lines. Four years later, Chris was promoted to Market Development Manager, where he oversaw the company's expansion into the offset sector. He was promoted to vice president of sales in 2012 and is currently focused on developing relationships with OEMs, managing the sales and customer service teams, bringing new products to market and growing the company's reseller base globally.
