We currently have a position open in manufacturing. The job is part of our dynamic manufacturing team and requires a great work ethic, attention to detail, and manual dexterity. Our manufacturing environment is clean, well lit, climate controlled, and focused on making the work ergonomically friendly.
This is a full time position. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, be open to cross-training, and willing to assist in process improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lifting of materials weighing up to 30lbs
- Measuring materials with tape measure and calipers accurately
- Converting measurements from imperial to metric
- Performing basic math
- Operating a mechanical sheer
- Inspection of finished product
- Packaging finished product
- Preparing finished product for shipping (Ground/Freight)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined book of business in the printing and packaging industry
- Develop new business through outbound efforts as well as responding to inbound leads or inquiries
- Support product trials with technical engagement, and provide accurate feedback to internal resources
- Collaborate with manufacturing, customer experience, marketing, and management to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent Flexo Concepts at trade shows, industry events, and occasional customer site visits (estimated 15–20% travel)
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to sell to and influence multiple decision makers effectively
- Excellent communication, networking, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and attentive to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the printing and packaging industry or industrial manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
