Flexo Concepts™ announced plans today to exhibit at INFO*FLEX 2014 on April 28-29 in Baltimore, Maryland. The company will promote the distinct benefits of its exclusive TruPoint™ doctor blades in flexo printing applications.
Specifically featured will be the company’s latest blade innovation, TruPoint Orange®. Orange is becoming widely adopted by narrow web printers to replace steel and resolve common pressroom problems. The blade eliminates UV ink spitting, doctor blade related injuries and anilox scoring. It is also compatible with specialty coatings and lasts longer than steel. Multiple OEMs are now shipping new equipment standard with the Orange blade.
TruPoint DuraPoint™ will also be a focus at the show. DuraPoint is marketed as a long-life direct replacement blade for UHMW in the corrugated sector.
