Flexo Concepts to Exhibit at SuperCorr Expo 2008

Plymouth, MA, August 4, 2008. Flexo Concepts, manufacturers of MicroClean™ dry media anilox cleaning systems, TruPoint™ plastic and composite doctor blades and ReNew cleaning products, announced today its plans to exhibit at SuperCorr Expo 2008 from September 22-26 in Atlanta, Georgia.   

Held only once every four years, SuperCorr Expo is the largest trade event in the Western hemisphere dedicated solely to the corrugated industry.  The event is hosted by Tappi and AICC which hold their annual national meetings in conjunction with the show.  SuperCorr’s 200 exhibitors, industry focus and high ratio of machinery per square foot attract over 8,000 visitors from around the world.  For more information or to register, visit www.supercorrexpo.org.

At booth #2622, Flexo Concepts will demonstrate the effectiveness of its MicroClean™ dry media anilox cleaning technology on a fully-operating model 160.  One of the largest in the MicroClean line, this model fits anilox roll sizes compatible with both the corrugated and the coating and laminating industries.  By effectively restoring cell capacity to full volume, the MicroClean System ensures that anilox rolls deliver predictable ink density and coating weight, guaranteeing color and coating consistency in the finished product.  The company will also highlight its popular new Renew Orange eco-friendly cream for quick, in-press anilox cleaning.  The product has extremely low VOCs, a near-neutral pH, and is compatible will all types of inks and coatings.  Samples of ReNew Orange will be available at the show.

In addition to its MicroClean equipment and ReNew cleaning products, Flexo Concepts will feature its TruPoint DuraPoint and Graphix doctor blades for corrugated applications.  DuraPoint’s high density UHMW formulation is ideal for superior blade life and enhanced graphics, while Graphix is a carbon-filled fiberglass composite blade engineered for extended blade life and durability.  Both blades provide an economical and practical substitute for steel in the corrugated pressroom.
